224.0.0.5 AllSPFRouters
224.0.0.6 AllDRouters
Link s0/0 of RouterC goes down.
RouterA floods the LSA out all active OSPF interfaces,
either to AllSPFRouters (224.0.0.5) or via unicast.
RouterC sends LSU containing the LSA for int s0/0 on
multicast AllDRouters (224.0.0.6) to the DR and BDR.
