Use a Standard ACL to Define the Local Addresses Eligible for Translation

A standard access list is used to define the internal addresses that can and can’t be translated. In Global Configuration mode on SanJose1, make the following entries:

Examples:

Rtr1(config)#access-list 1 permit 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255
Rtr1(config)#access-list 1 deny 192.168.2.5
Rtr1(config)#access-list 1 permit 192.168.2.0 0.0.0.255
