Security Issues for Wireless Applications (Wireless PDAs)

This chapter describes how the evolution of wireless applications will
generate an entirely new set of security issues, making users prone to
over-the-air hacker attacks. As wireless devices are gaining more
momentum from Palm-, PocketPC-, and PDA-enabled telephones,
802.11b is commonly built into these devices, thus making it all too easy
for hackers to compromise your data stream, access protected documents,
and destroy mission-critical systems.
